CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order is fulfilled. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If the shipping address was entered incomplete or incorrect and you notice immediately after completing your order, please feel free to contact us. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling the order will require a new shipping label which the customer must pay.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.

Returned items due to incorrect addresses will require a new shipping label which the customer must pay.

If you refuse to pay the shipping cost for the returned item due to incorrect addresses, you can cancel the order and obtain a credit to the store with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total of your order.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES

We offer FREE SHIPPING in orders over $70 to PR & USA.

We have the following shipping option available for select eligible regions: 

Economy (3-8 days): $6.90 for PR & USA and $10.00 International.

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-5 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Sophisticated Fashion Boutique is not responsible for any delay, lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS.
